Fantastic spa experience with stunning canal views
I had a great time relaxing at this resort. The spa facilities were exceptional, especially the thermal suite, and I loved our room's view overlooking the canal, which added a serene atmosphere to our stay. breakfast could use improvement, as some options felt greasy and not very appealing.

The canal view room was a highlight, featuring a comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom with stunning scenery. Breakfast offered a great buffet selection, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. the ironing board in the room was outdated and could use replacement, and the gym was just average in terms of equipment. Despite this, the overall ambiance made for a pleasant experience.

Great spa day getaway
We had a fab time! The massage was awesome, and the hydro pool was a blast. Dinner was super good too—can't beat that cozy vibe with delish food. Only thing was the afternoon tea was pretty underwhelming. Like, c'mon, more effort please! loved it and the staff were friendly.

Couple looking for a chill spot
Had a really nice time relaxing after meals, especially just sitting outside enjoying the canal view while sipping on some wine. The room I booked was cozy and overlooked the canal, a perfect vibe for unwinding.
It wasn’t exactly a budget stay, but still acceptable for what we got.

The French pastry at the waterside restaurant is a must-try, rich and flaky with a lovely café vibe. Plus, the beautiful canal views while dining make for a deliciously serene experience. The spa facilities? Absolutely top-notch!
The reception desk looked a bit shabby for a place like this, and the hallways honestly need a facelift. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable—like sinking into a hole—and the cheap pillows didn’t help either.

We stayed for a short trip to explore the nearby Chirk Aqueduct and enjoyed our time relaxing by the canal. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot and powerful shower that was perfect after a day of wandering. The breakfast selection was impressive, providing plenty of options to start our day right. we did encounter some noise from the hallway and had a few small maintenance issues that were a bit distracting.
